The Country Manager role: 

We are looking for an experience digital marketer to act as the team lead on our Dutch website, ensuring that the global marketing strategy is expertly executed for the Dutch market. You will be responsible for the day to day supervision of the Dutch website, and, working alongside the Marketing Executive for your market, manage paid search, social marketing, affiliates and influencers in order to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.

What will the role involve?

+ Daily supervision of the Dutch website, reporting bugs/issues were necessarily and ensuring all website content, including the blog, is appropriate and in line with brand guidelines 
+ Paid search/PPC account management and optimisation, working closely with the Acquisition Team 
+ Execution of all Dutch marketing campaigns alongside the Marketing Executive 
+ Collaborating with the Heads of Department (Brand, CRM, Acquisition and eCommerce) on Dutch marketing planning and strategy 
+ Working with the Marketing Executive in continuously growing customer engagement and brand awareness through social media channels 
+ Managing affiliates for the Dutch market with the support of the Affiliate Manager 
+ Providing the marketing team with Dutch customer and sports nutrition market insights 
+ Creating and presenting reports on the Dutch sales performance via tools such as Google Analytics 
+ Managing the relationship between the brand and Dutch social media influencers and sponsorships 
+ Identifying and proposing new influencers for the Dutch market
+ Supporting and leading the Dutch Marketing Executive 
+ Providing Dutch translations where required

What are we looking for?

+ Strong background in digital marketing, ideally to a Dutch market 
+ Solid understanding and experience with PPC account management (including Google Shopping), SEO and social media marketing 
+ Native (or fluent) in spoken and written Dutch language 
+ Strong copywriting ability with proven experience in content writing in a commercial environment 
+ Degree level education, ideally in a marketing or business related discipline 
+ Good analytical skills and keen interest and experience in performance marketing 
+ Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise work tasks 
+ Confident, resourceful and creative 
+ Collaborative approach to work and strong team player
+ Personal interest in sport, nutrition and fitness would be a strong advantage 
+ Experience in leading a small team is desirable but not required
