If you are wanting to start out in a career in IT, but don't know where to start then this job could be for you. This company are looking for a junior team member to come on board and help them with general technical support and help their developers test their applications.

Whilst they do not need an expert, they are looking for someone who knows a mouse from a monitor and would not feel out of their depth moving workstations, monitors and plugging in ethernet cables. You will be the on-site eyes and ears of their support partners and will be given the opportunity to regularly spend time with them to improve your skills.

As well as helping with support, you will be working closely with their developers, testing their web-based software and feeding back any issues you may find. Their developers will help you to develop testing skills further and will introduce you to testing tools such as Selenium.

As your skills develop you will be given the opportunity to specialize in either support or QA. As well as being able to develop your skills in an amazing environment you will be provided with free healthy snacks, quality tea and coffee, and the odd evening beer.
