Your new company
Hays Property and Surveying are seeking a Commercial Agency Surveyor to join the Andover office of a leading Independent Property Consultancy.

Your new role
Working within the Andover Commercial team you will be responsible for delivering and developing the office's regional Commercial Agency department. Here, you will operate across the North Hampshire, Wiltshire and Berkshire regions undertaking workloads within Industrial, Office and Secondary Retail property. Typical clients will include Private Clients, Investors and Property Companies, whereby you will be expected to undertake consultancy instructions for the acquisition, disposal, letting and leasing of Commercial Real Estate.

In addition to your existing client base, it will be expected that you pro-actively source new business in order to expand the department's workload. This will include following up on leads, profile marketing, networking and business development.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will hold significant experience as a Commercial Agency Surveyor, preferably holding your full MRICS certification and working at a Surveyor level or above. You will have had strong exposure to undertaking commercial property instructions including proven client development.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to be a highly driven and motivation professional with notable skills in personal engagement and rapport building. It is imperative that you have the desire to work within, and assist in the growth of, an already established independent property brand.
