Head of Supporter Experience - international development
We are working with a world famous international humanitarian charity in London on a newly created Head of Supporter Experience vacancy.
The Head of Supporter Experience will lead the supporter experience team and will develop and implement a strategy for delivering exceptional supporter experiences that drive engagement and lifetime value from individual giving supporters.
This position will embed an insight-led, supporter driven and evidence-based approach to communications with both potential and existing supporters, including in the development of new offers, products and propositions for individual giving audiences.

We are looking for someone with a keen understanding of the drivers of customer/ supporter retention and lifetime value, along with experience of generating actionable insights and evidence-based decision-making.
