My public sector client based in the East Midlands, is looking for an Estates Surveyor to manage a mixed portfolio of commercial, rural and urban assets.
You will deliver a range of estate management duties from high value and complex cases to business as usual cases. This includes:
Carrying out rent reviews and tenancy renewals/grants which contribute to the delivery of the annual revenue targets
Delivering property disposals within appropriate timescales and in line with best value requirements, which contribute to the delivery of annual Capital Receipts targets
Valuations and transactions within internal and external environments in respect of operational property matters
About You:
- Ideally you will be MRICS and/or have a relevant degree
- It is desireable if you have 5+ PQE experience and have worked in the public sector
