Our client in the Travel Sector is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join its busy finance team.
This position is based in their Wimbledon Head Office where they have 40-50 staff on site.
Working hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 18:00
This is a full time permanent opportunity.

Role Summary:
Accounts Payable (approx 80%)
You will use Sage 50 Accounts (multi-company) to process supplier invoices, staff expense & mileage claims, payments processing & several bank & petty cash recs.
Sales Ledger (10%) - Reconciling refunds & client credit card refunds
Bank Reconciliations (approx 10%) - Daily reconciliation of several company bank accounts
If you are right for this role:
- You will have prior Purchase Ledger Experience
- AAT qualification of experience equivalent
- Ability to cope under pressure and work to deadlines
- You will ideally have experience of using SAGE 50 in a previous role
- Strong clear telephone manner & excellent written skills
- Demonstrable organisational skills
- Previous experience using in house systems (full training provided)
- Experience using MS office packages
- Ability and willingness to travel overseas occasionally as required
