Position Objective: To contribute to the execution of PETA's and its international affiliates' (PETA France, PETA Netherlands, PETA India, PETA Australia and PETA Asia) online fundraising strategies by assisting in the production of online fundraising campaigns and data management. Term of Employment: Full-time Reports To: Director, International Response Fundraising Primary Responsibilities and Duties: Assist with PETA's and its affiliates' online fundraising campaigns, including preparing data selects, data quality checking, e-mail sends, donation tracking and reporting Assist with the statistical analysis of online fundraising campaigns to identify trends in donor behaviour, and to help profile and segment supporters to maximise PETA's fundraising potential. Prepare weekly online donation transaction data files, donation coding and organising file uploads to Raisers Edge database Maintain online fundraising appeal archive and ensure that materials are organised and stored efficiently Monitor and process community fundraising sign-ups and act as the point of contact and provide assistance for supporters who want to fundraise for PETA. Ensure the operation of the fundraising and data-collection elements of PETA's and its affiliates' websites In liaison with the supporter services administrator, assist in maintaining and updating supporter records and subscriptions in fundraising databases As directed, work with the PETA Foundation US' IT Department and database-management vendors to ensure that all data collected online is managed and maintained properly Source images for online fundraising appeals Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor Qualifications: Experience with CRM, ideally Raisers Edge or other fundraising database Experience with Excel and good numerical skills Ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work both independently and within a team environment Commitment to the objectives of the organisation Please note that all candidates must have eligibility to work in the UK.
