Your role

With the right attitude, anyone can fit in here. One thing's for sure: you won't be stuck in an office. You'll have the freedom of always being on the move, but there'll be plenty of support on offer, whenever you need a helping hand. You'll connect our customers to great Sky products, taking pride in everything you do along the way. A typical day would involve:

• Visiting our customers' homes to install our great TV, Broadband and phone services, both inside and outside their house
• Optimising their home entertainment experience, using ground-breaking testing and diagnostic tools
• Showing the customer how everything works, so they can get the most out of their Sky products and services
• Introducing them to other products and services that might interest them

Your skills

There's no need to have lots of technical experience. We'll teach you everything you need to know about how our technology works. What's most important is to have a real passion and enthusiasm for all things Sky; fantastic customer service skills; practical ability; and a full driving licence.
