Harris Hill are recruiting for a Director of Finance & Resources for this well-established housing charity based in London.The position will lead Finance, Property & Facilities, Information Technology and Risk Management, delivering strategic financial management. Three-year strategy. IT programmes and Management of the Property Teams at 3 locations.You will be a qualified accountant with an outstanding track record of leading high performing finance functions. You will also need a strong appreciation of IT and Property issues. Be a clear thinker with first-class communication skills with the ability to manage complex senior relationships.Senior Leadership skills is required to take ownership of the strategic delivery and leadership of the organisation, creating a strong and sustainable future whilst seeking ways to maximise profitability and reduce financial risk.
