Are you an Asset Surveyor or Project Manager looking for your next step in Asset management?
You could have the opportunity to join a very established and well known organisation. You will be providing major works, cyclical maintenance and an improvement service to the existing stock. You will be managing a team of maintenance inspectors and ensuring satisfactory delivery of the reactive and planned maintenance programme. As well as this you would be drafting Asset Management Strategies for consideration of the senior management team.
