Head of Finance

My client, a rapidly-growing organisation which works to provide education to children in developing countries is looking to recruit a highly motivated Head of Finance. This is an incredibly exciting time in the organisations development to join the Finance Department,; they are looking to significantly extend the reach of their work as well as diversifying income and funding from other sources. This is an important role which will drive and implement a new fundraising plan and support the growth strategy. Key responsibilities: Overall responsibility for the development and successful delivery of the Finance function and providing successful leadership across the whole organisation Being responsible for the development of the annual business plans to support decision making and long term strategy; Communicating complex financial information to stakeholders and possessing the ability to influence and build rapport with a range of finance and non-finance persons across the organisation The successful candidate must be a professionally qualified accountant from the Charity, Commercial or wider Public Sector.
