Sous Chef - 5 star hotel - up to 26k plus overtime and benefits
Our client is a 5 star hotel based near Slough with various F&B Outlets including a 3 rosette restaurant. Throughout the year the hotel holds various events, functions and weddings requiring food served at volume whilst still being at a 5 star standard.
We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to work within the 3 rosette restaurant and to assist in the overall running of the kitchen team.
The ideal Sous Chef will have the following experience.
- Experience of working in a 4 or 5 star hotel environment
- Have worked in a similar type of kitchen brigade with a rosette background
- Happy using all fresh ingredients
- A drive and passion for great food and service
- Have at least 1 years experience at Junior Sous or Sous level.
This is a great opportunity for a Sous Chef to work alongside a great Executive Chef in a busy hotel.
