Lettings Property Manager

Our client is looking for a Property Manager to join their busy lettings team in Skegness.

This role would ideally suit someone looking to gain further experience in the Lettings industry.

The company actively encourages growth and development within the industry and is therefore searching for someone who is looking to grow.

The successful candidate will be presented in a smart manner, have excellent interpersonal skills both over the telephone and in person and be able to approach all situations in a calm and professional manner at all times.

Duties will include:
Arranging and accompanying viewing
Increasing the branch portfolio working with new and current landlords
Returning feedback to Landlords
Negotiating rental agreements
carrying out tenancy inspections and inventories.
