Salary: Up to GBP27,000 Basic, OTE GBP30,000 Per Annum

Due to business expansion, a rare and not to miss opportunity has become available with our client, a franchise approved car dealership in the York region, for an experienced and professional Vehicle Parts Manager to manage their busy Vehicle Parts Department.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
Reporting to the General Manager and overseeing a team of parts staff, the successful candidate's duties will include the managing, sourcing and supply of vehicle parts. You will achieve parts sales volumes and profit objectives through motivating and developing the Parts Department and ensuring that each customer receives excellent customer service.
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION:
The successful candidate will need to come from an automotive parts management background (preferably within a franchise dealer environment) however our client will also consider candidates with a strong and stable track record as a Parts Advisor/Supervisor that are willing and capable of taking the next step in their career. You will need to hold a UK driving license with minimal points, have a very polished and professional approach to your work given the nature of the brand, and be IT literate having ideally used the Kerridge/ADP dealer management system however training would be provided with this.
PACKAGE DETAILS:
For your hard work our client is offering:
Total package between 25-30,000 per annum (salary dependent upon experience and current earnings) plus a Bonus
22 days annual holiday allowance plus bank holidays.
Workplace pension scheme.
Full in-house and manufacturer approved training.
