Intermediate Architectural Technician
A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a contemporary Architectural practice for a talented and Revit proficient, intermediate-level Architectural Technician to join their busy team on a permanent basis.
This design-led, contemporary practice is based close to the historic town of Oxford. They specialise in residential work ranging in scale and value. Past projects include property extensions, luxury refurbishments, small-scale developments, bespoke housing, student accommodation and conversions from residential to commercial use.
They are looking to make several key appointments over the forth coming year, and with a focus on creating inspiring buildings with a contemporary vision, the successful Architectural Technician will gain instant exposure to notable industry projects. The successful candidate will be expected to come in and hit the ground running, integrating with other members of the design and technical team to produce high-quality drawings. Technical detailing is key in this role and excellent REVIT abilities are essential.
Applicants must have relevant UK project experience working within a similar role, along with excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Essential Requirements
??HNC /ONC or equivalent architectural qualification
??Ability to work autonomously
??Skilled in communicating with Clients/Contractors
??REVIT and AutoCAD proficient
??Ability to work as part of a team
??In depth knowledge of UK Building Regs / UK construction methodology
??Demonstrate high level of detailing knowledge with attention to detail
??Excellent written and communication skills
??Ideally have experienced of SIPS construction
This role offers career progression from day one and is ideal for someone who wishes to gain notable project experience within the residential sector.
Salary will be competitive and dependent on level of experience.
