Adecco Recruitment are currently recruiting for on behalf of our client, Financial Planning Consultants to work within the Northwest.
Our client has exciting opportunities for experienced consultants to join a continuously growing Financial Planning department. They are a top 50 award winning professional services firm with an excellent reputation for training staff in a friendly and welcoming environment.
Role: Financial Planning Consultants
Location: Flexible but predominantly North West or East Midlands based
Hours: Full time (35 hours)
Salary: (negotiable depending on qualifications and experience)
Benefits package (after qualifying period): private medical, group pension scheme, life assurance and bespoke flexible benefits scheme.
Providing holistic advice to internal and external clients, being a good networker and business developer as well as a possible specialist Adviser, our ideal candidates will have dealt extensively with both private and corporate clients. Candidates with experience of providing legal advice will be highly prioritised.
To be successful in this role, candidates will need to be able to pro-actively manage new client referrals to generate fee income for the business, whilst upholding the values of the firm in a compliant manner. The role requires candidates to adopt a discrete and confidential disposition whilst also having the interpersonal skills to communicate and interact with the technical support staff, other colleagues and external sources effectively.
The role will require flexible individuals who are able to cover areas throughout the North West or East Midlands, with occasional visits, when required to our satellite offices.
The successful candidates will need to:
• be Chartered or working towards qualification
• be experienced, ideally with five years in an independent financial advisory role.
• have extensive knowledge of pensions, investments, protection, tax planning and trust arrangements.
• demonstrate good networking and business development skills
