Investment Operations Support

Meraki Talent are recruiting for a leading Financial Planning and Wealth Management firm, based here in Scotland, who are currently seeking two talented Investment operations administrators to join their Edinburgh Office on a FTC of 6 months. The firm has an excellent reputation in the area for providing professional and personalised financial advice to a wide range of HNW clients.

The business is experiencing an exciting period of growth and are looking for individuals who are keen to work in a fast paced, professional environment. The successful applicant will be someone with previous experience within investment operations and will be able to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities:

• Providing administrative support to the investment operations team
• Processing and reconciliation of Dividends and Corporate actions
• Completed Cash and Stock Reconciliations
• Support in providing end of year tax reports
• An understanding of CASS and processing monthly CMAR

Candidate Back ground:

• Previous experience within Investment Operations
• IOC/IAQ qualified or willing to begin working towards this
• A knowledge and understanding of CASS rules
• Previous experience of HMRC and Tax year end reporting would be advantageous
