Audit Senior

My client are a top 20 accountancy practice based in High Wycombe and they are looking for an Audit Senior to join their growing team. They have offices all over the UK and in this office they have 1 partner and around 15 staff. The firm advises businesses ranging in size from large multi-national corporations to small family companies and many which are owned by wealthy individuals. In addition to commercial companies in service and manufacturing industries, the organisations we deal with include professional partnerships, landed estates, financial service companies, IT operations, media and entertainment businesses, charities and schools

Roles and Responsibilities for the Audit Senior based in High Wycombe:

• Assist in providing a wide range of audit, accounting and tax services to our clients. The aim is to provide the required service in a professional and efficient manner tailored to give the client the benefit of good advice and maximum added value.
• Become a senior member of the audit and accounts department, reporting directly to the audit manager or partners, depending on the type of assignment.

The ideal candidate for the Audit Senior based in High Wycombe will have:

• ACA/ACCA Qualified with at least 2 years PQE.
• Experience in using Sage Line 50, Key accounts/ Landmark and Alphatax is desirable.
• Previous experience of working with not-for-profit, private wealth and trust clients will be beneficial for this role.
• A confident communicator who is commercially minded.

What's on offer for the Audit Senior based in High Wycombe:

• GBP41,000 - GBP43,000 per annum
• Contributory pension scheme (4% from both the employer and employee) after 6 months service
• Life assurance cover of three times salary, which may be increased to four times salary under the firm's flexible benefit programme
• The Firm operates a Profit Sharing Plan that runs from 1 October to 30 September each year. The scheme enables staff to share in the profits of the Firm. You will be entitled to a pro-rata payment from the scheme
