Large national charity are recruiting a Service Desk analyst into their team offering great career progression Your new company Your new organisation are one of the largest and most well known charities in the UK who are looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join their team based at their head office in Central London. Your new role Reporting into the Service Desk Manager you will be working in a busy team supporting around 3000 people nationally in both a 1st and 2nd line function. It is a Microsoft environment and they will shortly be upgrading to Windows 10 where you will be involved in the project. They have also migrated to Office 365 and the cloud What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this position you should have a good number of years experience in a Windows Help Desk environment with a real focus on customer service. Exposure to Office 365 and cloud services are seen as highly beneficial as is the ability to start with the organisation on short notice. What you'll get in return In return you will receive a salary of between GBP30k-GBP32k dependant on experience alongside great additional benefits including flexible working and access to training.
