Salary: Up to GBP24,000 Per Annum

Our Client, an Automotive Main Car Dealership in Letchworth, is currently looking to recruit a Warranty Administrator to work in their busy Aftersales department.
You will be responsible for compiling warranty reports, submitting claims and dealing with the manufacturers. My client is willing to consider candidates who have not held a role in the Warranty Department previously, but you much be knowledgeable about the warranty process and have worked in a Main Dealer. Therefore, my client will consider Technicians or Service Advisors who are looking to move into a Warranty role and willing to learn.
You will need to have:
Proven previous experience in delivering excellent Customer service, organisational ability and achieving strict deadlines
Commitment to continuous improvement, safety, teamwork and open communications
Ability to communicate effectively and to develop professional relationships with colleagues within the Group network
Ability to prioritise work and adhere to deadlines
Ability to follow a rigid process dictated by manufacturer on an accurate and consistent basis
Good IT skills including the ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and related programs to an advanced level
You will ideally live in the Letchworth area or be able to travel to the area and not only be an experienced Letchworth but also be used to and experienced in working in a main dealer.
