An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fantastic dealership as a Service Advisor in Tamworth.
Previous experience in a service advisor position or similar is essential as you will be the first point of contact for the Service Department, and as such you need to have an excellent level of communication and presentation.
You will possess exceptional organisational skills, confidence and be computer literate as all systems are computer based.
Knowledge of Kerridge and 1 Link experience required.
Booking customers vehicles into the Service Department both over the phone and face to face will require your communication skills to be exemplary. You will also be responsible for explaining the repair process and cost breakdown whilst building customer relations and delivering a fantastic level of Customer Service.
Basic Salary up to GBP22,000.00, as well as additional Bonuses with a genuine OTE of upto GBP30,000.00 and the opportunity to work as part of a fantastic Automotive dealership make this an attractive proposition for a driven well-motivated candidate.
