THE ROLE

This highly successful firm require a Childcare Solicitor with an enthusiasm for this area of the law, to deal with a varied caseload within the Family team. Having gained relevant experience within another leading practice, the appointed solicitor will have the technical expertise to advise on a range of childcare matters, handling transactional and advisory work as well as engaging in business development activity to develop client relationships.

THE CANDIDATE

The appointed Childcare Solicitor will have a minimum of 3 Years PQE and have experience in a variety of childcare matters including fostering, adoption and pre-action care proceedings. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate an exceptional level of technical knowledge, have outstanding inter-personal skills and be keen to develop the department through business development initiatives. Membership of the Childcare Panel would is not essential, but would be desirable.
