Campaigns Director - Adults Highly Illustrated Non-fiction

We have a really unique opportunity for a Campaigns Director, based in Central London! Reporting into the CCO of the Group, we are looking for an established Publicity and Marketing Professional with experience of running a successful department. You will be working on a really broad range of highly successful and stunning Adults Non-fiction across many different genres.

It is a fantastic opportunity for someone coming in with the right experience, contacts, network, gravitas and approach to such a broad range of imprints and lists to look after. You will come with excellent recommendations and have the ability to jump into a very busy season at this highly successful publishing group. There is a really strong team of publicists all at different stages within their careers for you to manage so having good people and management skills are essential. Another part of this role is to oversee the marketing function and work alongside a talented Head of Marketing and ensure that all campaigns running between Publicity and Marketing are working well together, reaching the desired audience and are, of course are in budget. You will need to have good problem solving skills and be able to think on your feet.

The Editors and publishers you will work with are highly creative and innovative and publish in a very intelligent way. They work hard to really find commercially viable products and niches that readers want to buy and hear about. The ideal candidate might not necessarily come from publishing but could come from an entertainment or brand background.

For a full description of the role, please send your CV with a brief paragraph outlining your relevant skills.

Closing Date: Early applications may be prioritised.
