Customer Service Advisors

We are looking to recruit talented people for our brand new dedicated Customer Service team, based in our offices in Worcester town centre. You will be joining a well-established organisation, passionate about providing great customer service whilst ensuring that we work together to create a great working environment.

Working hours:

• Hours: 37 per week between the hours of 9 - 7 Monday to Friday

The candidate

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 years' experience working in a customer service role, a strong focus on customer satisfaction, excellent telephone manner, clear speaking voice with proven ability to up-sell, an ability to communicate on all levels using empathy and negotiation skills with a positive attitude, self-motivated, professional and excellent time management. Industry experience is not essential as long as you have the right attitude and work ethic you will succeed!
