LOCATION: Positions throughout the UK - Birmingham, Cambridge, Sheffield, Oxford, Worcester etc

JOB TITLE: Sales and Marketing Executive Aggregate

SALARY & BENEFITS: GBP25,000 - GBP30,000 dependant on experience + Company Car option, Laptop, Mobile phone, Bonus Scheme, Pension Plan, Private Health Plan, Mileage paid at HMRC agreed rates (if using own car) etc. Full training and induction package.

WORKING HOURS: Monday - Friday 37.5 hours - Will be required to work at varying locations through out the UK

THE COMPANY: We are currently working with market leaders in the recovery and recycling of metals and aggregates produced from Incinerator Bottom Ash throughout Europe and are expanding their operations within the UK. Innovators in the forefront of new technology and processing systems, our client process over 800,000 tons of material annually and are highly respected for their exceptional levels of recovery and the strong relationships they forge with both business partners and employees alike.

THE ROLE: Our client provides the recovery and onward sale of Non-Fe and Fe metals and IBAA (Recycled Aggregates). As part of their commitment to a 100% total recycling solution for the clients, our client are seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive, who will take responsibility for introducing and selling recycled aggregate into the UK market. This will require the establishment of a database of potential clients and customers for the aggregates, and also the ability to cold call and venture out into the market and source/create new business. In the role, the candidate will be responsible for the entire UK market, but will be required to work together with the UK Project Manager, who is responsible for all business activities in the UK as a whole. Technical back-up and support will be provided direct from The Netherlands.

THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate will be a successful field sales executive with the ability to work under pressure in a competitive sales environment and able to work to targets and achieve sales goals. You will have an excellent telephone manner and customer service skills. Ideally you will have knowledge of the relevant EA regulations pertaining to IBAA re-use, however this is not essential. You will be willing to travel and stay away in accommodation when required.

Key experience essential for the role of the Sales and Marketing Executive:-

Minimum of 1 years field experience within Aggregate Sales
Understanding of the UK Aggregate and Construction Markets and Associated Products
Ability to work under pressure in a competitive sales environment
Able to work to targets and achieve sales goals
Good telephone manner and customer service skills
Full, clean UK driving license
Willing to work throughout the UK in various locations for example - Birmingham, Cambridge, Sheffield, Oxford, Worcester etc
