Commercial Property Solicitor, Colchester, Essex

Our client is a respected and well established legal firm that offer specialised services. The people within this practice are what makes this company successful. There is an opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor, based in Colchester.

Experience required:

  • A Solicitor with 5 years + PQE, predominantly in Commercial Property
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Security for lenders

Job Specification:

Working alongside Partners in the Commercial Property department, providing excellent service and advice.

Duties will include:

  • General Commercial Property work
  • Retail Landlord and Tenant
  • Commercial Mortgage work
  • Freehold acquisitions for owner occupiers
  • Networking to sustain business development

Start date: As soon as possible

Salary: Dependent on experience

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm, 1 hour for lunch

Holiday entitlement: 25 days per annum
