Job Description Client Support Executive: An experienced technical Client Support Executive is required to provide a range of sales support services including quotations, product training, sales collateral distribution, and event support, to both direct clients and distributors, with specific focus on the aviation sector.

The Customer Support Executive will join an innovative microbial fuel testing company who develop, manufacture and sell microbial contamination fuel test kits globally into aviation, marine and land diesel sectors, working with companies such as Boeing, Airbus and BAE Systems.

The role will have specific focus on the European markets with frequent travel to European wide destinations.

It is envisaged that responsibilities are shared equally although this may vary:

Within the Sales Team:
*Prepare customer quotations and technical support
*CRM system management
*Respond to customer requests
*Liaise and work closely with the technical department
*Generate monthly sales reports

Within the Aviation Team:
*Represent the company at customer meetings, events and exhibitions
*Provision of customer and distributor training, product, technical and commercial representations
*Work with distributors and end users / customers at their operating sites
*Work with the Aviation market manager to provide functional support to the commercial aviation sector

Skills & Experience:
*Preferably degree qualified in a technical discipline (Engineering, Chemistry / Fuel technologies etc. preferred but not essential) or have proven related technical experience
*Customer support experience in a technical field
*Aviation experience (preferred but not essential)
*Be flexible in approach to task management and workload prioritisation
*Excellent presentation skills
*High degree of computer literacy, MS office
*Ability to travel both nationally and internationally (Europe)
*Team player
*Full UK clean Driving Licence
*Second language skills helpful (i.e. Spanish) - not essential
