Badenoch & Clark have partnered with marketing leading organisation in Sussex in their campaign to recruit an HR Advisor on an FTC basis.
Providing HR Generalist support to the full business, you will be responsible for:
Providing an HR Advisory to business managers through employee relations casework such as disciplinary, grievance, redundancy and restructuring.
Supporting managers with Sickness & Absence, Capability and performance issues.
Support the HR Manager with the on-going development of the employee strategy
Developing employee initiatives around wellbeing, engagement and communication.
Responsible for dealing with all maternity, paternity, return to work and flexible working requests.
Review and update HR policies and procedures in line with legislative changes.
Data reporting and management information with supporting tend analysis and proactive development of solutions.
Lead or involve in on-going HR Change programmes including systems improvements
Ideally you will come from a strong HR background with experience in a full advisory remit.
A commercial, risk aware and driven mind-set would also be beneficial.
Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice is essential and ideally you will be experienced in providing full support and guidance to business managers.
Exposure to reviewing, developing and implementing people policies would be a key competency, alongside an aware of change programmes, redundancies and restructures.
CIPD qualification isn't essential, but would be useful.
