Queens Park- NW6 - Customer Service Adviser- £17,000-£22,000 per annum
I am currently recruiting for passionate customer service advisers to join a team of 8 advisers in Queens Park. You will be responsible for dealing with high volumes of inbound calls, taking accurate messages and collecting data.
Customer service exposure is preferable and particularly working in a call centre environment is desirable, but your positive attitude and professional approach towards customers is essential!
The ideal candidate will be articulate and grammatically correct with a good telephone manner, and the ability to work well under pressure as you'll be receiving approximately 150 inbound calls per day!
Flexible hours are available, and the office operates from 9am-8pm Monday to Friday and 10am-3pm on Saturdays. This will be based on shift work which will be distributed on a weekly rota.
