£14,129.95 - £14,873.64 per annum DOE
22.5hrs (flexible working pattern)
We need a Community and Corporate Fundraiser to join our team. With responsibility for all local fundraising activity, you will develop new fundraising streams and recruit, manage and develop our local supporters.
With challenging fundraising targets to meet you will increase the number of corporate partners we have; build new fundraising groups; maximise the impact of all supporter events; motivate and reward our existing supporters and inspire new fundraisers via new fundraising campaigns and activities.
The successful candidate will have experience in meeting ambitious targets and building strong relationships and networks. We are looking for someone with great skills in communications, influencing and negotiating, who is able to build long standing, mutually beneficial relationships on behalf of Vista. Ideally you will have experience of the charity sector in a corporate or community fundraising position and understand what motivates supporters.
We are very keen to find the right candidate for this role and will consider flexible working arrangements.
We offer excellent health benefits, a defined contribution pension scheme and access to an employee assistance programme.
Working for Vista means you will be working for one of the oldest and largest local charities in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland, working with people with sight loss and their families.
