Our client is a leading manufacturer of connectivity and networking solutions. They are now looking for a bilingual Account Manager to help drive business from their Milton Keynes office.

As an Account Manager, you will be tasked with managing relationships with existing customers and maximising sales for a particular assigned territory. 

Acting as the first point of contact for customer solutions and customer enquiries, you will also support business development activities, follow up leads and pass them to Business Development Managers. 

You will be expected to deliver exceptional levels of customer care and service, maintain or exceed customer expectations and execute account retention and growth strategies. 

Coupled with a Sales Development Manager, you will seek to maximise revenue to achieve a joint quarterly target, identify areas of receding revenue and report and analyse activity. 

Interested? If so, you will need: 

- At least two years’ B2B sales experience 
- Fluency in French, as well as English 

Self-motivated and organised, as an Account Manager, you will also need strong communication, negotiation and time management skills and an excellent team player mentality. The ability to close a sale and work towards targets is also key. 

Ideal candidates will have technical sales experience, but this is by no means essential.
