They are recruiting for a Part Time Procurement Coordinator to join their Aging Better programme on a Fixed term contract until 30th November 2018.

This is a part time role 17 hours per week (flexible)

Ageing Better is a six year, England-wide £78 million National Lottery funded programme set up by the Big Lottery Fund, working across 14 partnerships. The Purpose of the Part Time Procurement Coordinator is:
" To coordinate and administer the tendering of several concurrently running Priority Area Local Action Plan projects within Ageing Better in Birmingham.

" To coordinate the end to end procurement process for each project, from specification development to contract award.

" To communicate with and seek procurement legal advice and support from Ageing Better in Birmingham's external procurement advisors, ensuring that the programmes' procurement processes are compliant with Public Contract Regulations.

Some of your Duties and responsibilities as Part Time Procurement Coordinator will include:
Coordinate the end to end procurement process for each project from specification development to contract award.
