They now have an excellent opportunity for an energetic and dynamic person to join and manage their growing team based in London. As the Head of Office, you will ensure client service excellence whilst actively supporting and driving change initiatives locally and across the Group.

Within the role, which also entails being a Director of the UK business, you will act as a key influencer and decision maker within the London office, developing a strategic business plan designed to optimise team morale, performance and client service delivery. Preparing and maintaining a 3 year business plan, you will forge and develop strong relationships with speculative clients, whilst encouraging and monitoring others, promoting a culture that delivers excellence and optimal performance.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking to take their career to the next stage. With a professional qualification and at least 5-7 years post qualified experience, you will be quality focused and will have effective influencing and relationship building skills. Ambitious and goal orientated, you will have an aptitude for people management and a passion for client service excellence.
