What will I be doing? 

As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll provide detailed and in-depth support to our customers. 

In this exciting role, you will: 

- Join one of the most important teams at OVO 
- Resolve customer enquiries via telephone and email 
- Find a solution to customers’ problems and make sure that their OVO experience is second-to-none 
- Enable additional sales through great levels of service 
- Proactively review customer accounts to identify and resolve future problems before they happen 
- Recognise contact trends and provide feedback to your Team Leader 

Sounds great! What do I need? 

To join our talented team, you will need: 

- At least 12 months’ experience gained within a customer service environment 
- An understanding of working to targets and managing sales 
- At a minimum, a Level 2 qualification (GCSEs or equivalent) 
- First-class communication skills 
- Plenty of enthusiasm for providing great customer service

Please note, shifts will be between 8:00 – 20:15, Monday – Friday and 1 in 3 Saturdays, 9:00 – 14:00 (with a day off in lieu during the week).
