The Junior ERP / WMS Support Consultant Opportunity:

We are looking for a candidate with practical warehouse and stock management experience to join our team as a Support consultant. Full training on the Accellos WMS product will be provided to enable the candidate to deliver warehouse management support services to our UK customer base. This role will allow you to develop your existing operations skills in a more technical direction. 

You must be confident, with a willingness to turn your hand to the whole spectrum of support tasks. 

The first 3 months will be spent training and shadowing other consultants and Support after which the Support’s responsibilities will include:

+ Telephone and email support for end users and partners on a number of business applications and add-ons products supported by the company
+ Responding to inbound support requests within defined response time targets
+ Contributing to our support knowledge base
+ Office-based technical and business support to field-based employees
+ Office-based consultancy for end customers including report writing and data migration

About You:

We are looking for an applicant with hands on stock control and warehouse management skills, IT skills particularly MS Excel, ERP and barcode systems. Good communication skills both written and verbal.

+ Strong Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel. 
+ Hands on Warehouse Management System experience e.g. Accellos, Red Prairie, Manhattan or Delta
+ Excellent communication skills
+ Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi task

// Qualifications

+ 5 GCSE at grade C or above
+ Degree desirable 
+ 1-year warehouse management or stock control experience.
