At King Edward VII Academy we believe that strength comes from togetherness; each individual plays a crucial part in our overall community and in our successes. We combine the unity of our traditional house system and its exciting enrichment programme with an uncompromising focus upon individual academic success. Our superb reputation for sports is a marker of the emphasis we place on developing well-rounded young adults. It also serves as a symbol of our wider aims - the pursuit of excellence in all things; pride in our academy; togetherness in all we do; fair play and outstanding behaviour and healthy competition. KES has a remarkable past and strives for an even more remarkable future. Our internal support structures and career progression opportunities mean that our staff are able to achieve their full career potential. Many of our former students have returned to work for us post-studies; proving the lasting impression we make as a provider of high quality education in West Norfolk.

The Eastern Multi-Academy Trust was originally established in 2010 as the CWA Academy Trust, due to continued growth and success with Academies at both Primary and Secondary level in King's Lynn and the surrounding area we became independent in 2017. Our family of Academies helps us to establish a vibrant education system that enthuses young people and supports economic development of the region. As a successful educational provider we contribute to the primary and secondary phases of education, raising standards throughout and aiding transition to higher education. Our academies promote individual learning through inspirational teaching and challenging lessons, driving up academic standards and achievement rates well above national levels.

Like all strong families, the Eastern Multi-Academy Trust academies seek to offer mutual support to one another. Developing shared learning and understanding, collaborating to achieve better outcomes, whilst recognising unique qualities and differences. We focus on the successes of individuals and develop a culture of healthy competition.
