Customer Service Advisor
This business has an exciting career opportunities in their Customer Service Department.
They are looking for Customer Service Advisers to join their existing customer service team in Glasgow; you will be part of an established team dealing with insolvency queries.
You will be someone who can deliver exceptional customer service whilst handling all customer queries across our product types.
If you are highly self-motivated & have fantastic time management skills then this could be the right opportunity for you join the market leader in the insolvency industry.
Hours of work between 08:30 - 20:00, Monday to Friday. (Rotational shift pattern)
£8 per hour raising to £18,000 after successful completion of a 3 month probationary period
Duties:
- Handle incoming, out-going and internal phone calls and emails
- Supporting customers through their customer journey
- Build excellent relationships with customers
- Accurately logging information on customer accounts
- Ability to deliver agreed SLA's
Skills:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to identify issues and resolve effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Insolvency experience desirable but not essential
- Ability to multi-task and balance a varied work load
