BS Social Care are looking initially on a MAT leave basis for a candidate to cover an Operations Manager for a complex care and very well established domiciliary service working out of the Buckinghamshire area covering 7 counties in the southeast. This will then turn into a permanent full time support role to the Operations Manager overseeing all operations when providing complex care to any age with acquired brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, strokes, tracheostomy care and more.
We are open to interviewing Operations Manager, Registered Managers, Care Managers, Branch Managers and Deputy Managers.

About the employer; the employer is a very well established company who have been up and running for approx 6 years. This is very much a growing and successful company who really pushes the quality of care within the services they provide. Adult complex care, paediatric complex care, palliative care and live-in care are just some of their specialities.

About the job; the role is very much a managerial role overseeing all aspects of operations (or as much as you can) ensuring that every client is receiving the best possible care. You will liaise with all Managers and the MD. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee the company`s operations across seven counties in the south east as it is a time of change and development. You will be based out of our head office in Buckinghamshire but will involve travel. Reporting to the MD, you will be responsible for ensuring that the delivery of care and support remains at a high standard throughout the services and you will also act as support and guidance for Service Managers and wider teams beneath you. You will oversee head office recruitment, training and HR.

About the ideal candidate; ideally, you will have experience of working at Operations Manager level previously for a similar organization, or a proven track record in previous management roles along with substantial experience and knowledge around complex needs and learning disabilities.

Additional to that, it is also important to have knowledge of CQC and working with outside agencies particularly local authorities.

The salary for this role will depend on experience offering up to £40,000 along with masses of benefits such as a car allowance, competitive salary, personal development plan with on-going training, discretionary bonus growing based on length of service, government pension, fuel card/mileage allowance, annual leave, career mobility in a rapidly growing company, Costco card benefit, savings on food and clothing etc and more.
