Outbound Customer Service Advisor

We are looking for skilled Outbound Customer Sales professionals to join a large cutting edge company based in Nottingham.
About the role
As a Customer Sales Representative you will be making outbound calls to existing customers, Making Outbound calls to customers to discuss renewal options with existing customers with a view to upselling.

You will be building a relationship with them through your natural rapport building skills. You will engage with the customers, actively listen to them and introduce them to warranties to protect their current products.
With your active questioning and listening skills you will be able to identify other suitable products for the customer that could improve the customer experience.

Working 37 hours per week,you need to be flexible as you will be required to work shifts anywhere between 8am -8pm Monday - Saturday (Typically working 2 saturdays per month)
