Female Lead Senior Support Worker

A well established large national charitable organization is recruiting for Female Lead Senior Support Worker in Trowbridge & Bradford On Avon in Wiltshire. You will mainly work with Adults who have learning disabilities and autism (no challenging behaviour).

Main Job Role:
- Help co-ordinate the shifts
- Update risk assessments, health & safety checks, care and support plans
- Conduct 121 staff meetings
- Ensuring spot checks are completed
- Support them with everyday duties i. cooking, cleaning, laundry, shopping etc
- Accompany them to the bank, any appointments, health visits and out in the community
- Some aspect of personal care will be required

Contract / Terms:
- Salary including sleeps is £20,709 - £23,673 per annum = £9 an hour (£17,745)
- Must do 1 or 2 sleep in per week which is paid at £57 per sleep which comes to £2,964 - £5,928 extra per year (already included in the salary)
- Full time contract of 37 hours a week from Monday to Fridays with alternative weekends
- Shifts can vary but tend to be between 7am - 11pm and sleepins are 11pm - 7am

Qualifying candidates:
- Must have previous senior or lead roles
- Must be a car driving with your own car
- Must be a female due to service users needs
