My client, a fast pace and commercial cosmetic FMCG business are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join their beautiful offices in central London.You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the People agenda and working collaboratively as part of the HR and payroll team to deliver an outstanding service to the business.Responsibilities:Manages all maternity matters;Administers maternity life cycleMonitors, coaches and trains managers on maternity, ensuring that maternity policy and procedures are adhered toEnsures the policy and process are in-line with legislation and fit for purpose and continuously seek to improve themManages new starters process and coaches managers on cases leading to contract closureAssists with Employment Relations caseload as requiredIn partnership with HOHR, supports the management of retail H&S practices;Manages yearly retail risk assessments, supports action planning and implementation of new working practices on the fieldAdministers employers' liability cases escalating matters as required to HOHRLiaises with Finance and Occupational Health to ensure reasonable adjustments as required for employees driving company carsLiaises with Finance to ensure all product and employer liability insurance certificates are in date and availableMonitors integrity of budgets vs structure on ADPEnsure that the ADP system annual budget, productivity and forecasting uploads are delivered accurately and on timeEnsuring the interface between ADP vacancy information and the recruitment website is uploaded and accurate on a weekly basisUpdates company organisation chartCoordinates the private health care and travel insurance schemes, checking on a monthly basis the membership lists for starters and leavers and liaising with the broker to make the changes, answer queries regarding the schemesIn Partnership with the HOHR Groupe, manages PDM performance review process for non-retail employees; communicates, monitors, reports and manages TalentSoft back office for the campaignIn partnership with the HOHR, manages the retail performance reviews process and continuously seeks to improve it; plans, communicates, supports and monitors completion of the processAdministers the yearly retail discretionary bonus for retail and non-retail employees; liaises with payroll and provides them with the required data to ensure that bonus is paid in a timely mannerWorks collaboratively with the payroll department to support the annual retail salary review; monitors progress and implement agreements on salary review within the required timescalesSupports non-retail employee's yearly salary review as requiredProvides reports to the business ensuring accuracy and data integrityThe ideal candidate for this role would hold a CIDP (or studying towards), used to working in fast pace environments and have a good knowledge or employment law and ER.
