An experienced and articulate telemarketer is required by a privately owned company based in Hull delivering a wide range of print and document management solutions to their clients

ROLE CRITERIA

You must be confident, enthusiastic and self-motivated, reporting directly to the Managing Director.   The role will involve contacting potential Business to Business (B2B) customers by telephone, matching business criteria leading to appointment confirmation with potential clients.  The successful candidate will need to have a minimum of 1 years’ recent experience in telesales or appointment making, but for a confident enthusiastic applicant this may not be necessary.

Hours of work will be Monday-Friday 9am-5.pm and attract the following benefits:

• Salary in the range of £25k  OTE
• 20 days annual holiday plus statutory bank holidays
• On site car parking

MAIN DUTIES

• Dealing with B2B clients at senior management and director level
• Gain confirmed appointments for sales executives with existing and new customers
• Optimise every call that is made with maximum effect, obtaining information on the customer, their business and any existing units and solutions they may use
• Update and manage the client database and CRM tools, accurately recording information, keeping it up to date and cleansed regularly
• Be able to explain the benefits of the range of key range of business products and solutions
• Manage time to achieve the key performance indicators for the role
