Our mission is to “Improve the digital experience for all” and we want a Head of Production to join the team to help us achieve that goal.
We are looking for a delivery focused, skilled individual who shares our values in collaboration, creativity and innovative ideas. You’ll need to be passionate about driving our teams to deliver high quality projects whilst constantly working to make us more efficient.
We want someone who is proven at delivering in a digital agency environment and who wants to drive forward an already successful team. The role requires someone willing to go above and beyond a typical 9-5 to ensure our clients receive a top quality service.

Your Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the delivery of all Client projects. You will work across all of our agency delivery teams and drive efficiency in our production and processes.
You will work with our Heads of Development, Design and QA to ensure that appropriate resource is available to support our in-flight projects, client support needs and new business activity. Quality is paramount in everything we produce and you will be responsible for ensuring quality is delivered at all times.
You will work closely with our project team to define, improve and continually evolve the project management processes and growth of the team. You will play a role in mentoring more junior members of the project team to develop their skills and experience.
You will also work with our Account Management and Business Development Functions to attend client meetings, clearly communicate our plans, our processes and delivery methodology.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years experience of delivering digital projects in an agency environment.
Understanding of technology.
The ability to learn and enhance processes.
Robust planning and budget management.
Effective resource management.
Must be highly organised, self-motivated, with excellent attention to detail.
Someone who can thrive in an open, challenging and supportive environment.
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Team Player who is driven and determined to succeed.
Experience in working on large ecommerce or gambling projects.

Someone who is passionate about delivery.
An individual with a track record of delivering digital projects.
You will have your finger on the pulse when it comes to new technologies, digital ways of working and the commercial benefits to clients.
