Bluetownonline is revolutionising the online recruitment industry. We're looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Training Manager to manage and develop the company's sales function.

The Senior Sales Training Manager will be expected to:

• proactively target new clients and pitch to major billing accounts within Bluetown;
• develop long term profitable relationships with all clients;
• manage existing account base seeking opportunities to upsell and renew long term agreements;
• pitch to senior managers including HR Managers, Directors and Consultants with confidence;
• ensure all KPI's are met and exceeded;
• regular training sessions with current staff on utilisation of Hubspot, Broadbean and past ticking systems;
• train New Starters, including active on-the-job mentoring;
• report directly to the Business Directors with forecasts and independent management of pipelines;
• meet clients and advise on the best packages for their requirements; and
• send reports to the directors on a weekly basis.

Qualifications and experience:

This is a senior and skilled position which requires a relevant degree level qualification and significant experience in a similar role.

Applicants will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and organisational qualities and be capable of working under pressure in a fast paced and challenging environment.

Experience of, and the ability to train others in, Broadbean, Hubspot and Ticketing systems is essential.
