R&S Robertson is a small friendly business based East Mains Industrial Estate in Broxburn, and we’re now looking for a Sales & Purchasing Administrator to join our busy Administration team.

Our offices are modern and we offer free parking within a secure area.  Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible in the main for compiling Quotations, processing Sales Orders, preparing Purchase Orders, and supporting the team with general office duties. 

This role would suit someone with an outgoing personality who can demonstrate excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), strong organisational skills, IT skills as well as the ability to think on their feet.

General administration experience in a similar environment would be an advantage.
