Our Northampton based client is currently seeking a Credit Controller to join their vibrant and expanding finance team! A role that will suit anyone with experience in a credit control position, who is confident in communicating with customers of all levels, someone who is keen to learn and develop a long term career and someone with high energy and a fantastic can do attitude.
Duties Include: Working in Credit Control to collect outstanding monies Posting customer money onto accounts system Chasing customer debt through telephone calls and letters
Supporting Team leader in all areas of work including organising team Making decisions on sensitive/large accounts. Completing KPI's on a weekly/Monthly basis. Training members of team Checking customers credit limits and increasing/reducing where necessary Processing accounts through to collection agency where necessary Dealing with Internal Sales Queries Dealing with Customer Queries
Requirements: Experience within a Credit Control position A positive can-do attitude Keen to go the extra mile Team player Confident telephone manner Hands on approach to work loads Desire to learn and develop
