The Company

Job Purpose
To assist the Technical department by providing administrative support, maintaining databases and responding to customer queries and supplier issues.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Assist the technical department in logging complaints and enquiries as appropriate, updating databases, and filing any correspondence required.
Maintain and update information within the appropriate databases and records as defined in the procedures, expediently enabling information to be readily retrieved.
Maintain up to date and consistent specification with both suppliers and customers.
Generate reports and trends as required.
Help prepare for customer audits.
Assist with the maintenance of internal auditing and supplier approval systems.
Carry out projects as requested accurately and efficiently.
Assist in setting up and carrying out product evaluations, and attribute checks as dictated by complaints investigations, specification developments or as requested internally and processing information as applicable.
Correspond with suppliers and customers in a timely manner as dictated by complaints, enquiries or other requests.
Highlight trends, non-conformances as appropriate to Technical Manager.
Manage the product analysis system, and ensure that quality records are maintained in line with the Quality Manual.
Assist the Technical Manager with adherence to all policies and procedures.
Raise non-conformances reported and assist with planning and delivery of training.
Help the QA team on the factory floor during peak times, staff absences and weekends.
Undertake any reasonable tasks as requested.
