One of my local clients, a company based in Abingdon are looking for a Trainee Service Co-ordinator to join their busy and growing office on a full time permanent basis from 8-5 Monday - Friday.
The role involves arranging, planning and co-ordinating field engineer activities as well as dealing with customers over the phone and being the 1st line contact for all customers and clients.
You need to have exceptional customer service skills as well as the ability to manage a high workload and excellent administration and organisational experience. Previous experience working within co-ordination is preferential but not essential.
The company are looking to offer £15k as well as 20 days holiday + bank holidays and a competitive pension scheme.
