A long standing organisation based on Milton Park is looking for an office assistant to join their royalties department on a long-term permanent basis.
The position will involve accurately maintaining internal systems to reflect any contractual changes that may occur between the company and their clients as well as facilitating accurate and timely payments and query handling.
To be considered for this great opportunity you will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to interact with people at all levels as well as good organisational and computer literacy skills. Previous experience working within an administration and/or customer services is preferable and an understanding of how to apply VAT and withholding tax is beneficial.
The company work Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and are offering a salary between £16000 - £18000 depending on experience.
