Customer Solutions Advisor

Basic Salary - £16,000 to £18,000 plus bonus.

Reporting to the Contact Centre Team Manager, the Customer Solutions Advisor will be responsible for really getting to know prospective customers, understanding their financial situation and the type of loan they’re looking for.  Making and receiving calls through our dialler system, you’ll be setting customers on the path to identifying the financial product that’s suitable for them, always keeping our customers best interests at the heart of what you do. 

The Customer Solutions Advisor role is for you if you have:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Minimum of 12 months’ experience in a Contact Centre/Call Centre role.  If you’ve got experience in a FCA regulated environment, even better.

- The ability to demonstrate resilience and flexibility in a demanding and fast paced environment.

- PC skills including Microsoft Office applications.
